Welcome to Tenneil Express Service. By using our shipping services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Definitions

Customer: Any person or entity using Tenneil Express Service for shipping or courier purposes.

Shipment: The goods or parcels sent through Tenneil Express Service.

Company: Tenneil Express Service.


2. Service Description

Tenneil Express Service provides domestic and international shipping, freight forwarding, and courier services by air, sea, and land.

3. Customer Obligations

Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the shipment, including recipient details, contents, and value.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipments comply with local and international shipping laws, including customs regulations.

Hazardous or prohibited items as defined by law or company policy are not accepted.


|4. Shipment Acceptance and Handling

Shipments are accepted subject to inspection for prohibited or dangerous goods.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any shipment that violates terms or laws.

Shipments must be properly packed and labeled by the customer.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be made as agreed upon before shipment dispatch unless otherwise arranged.

Additional charges may apply for customs duties, taxes, or special handling.


6. Liability and Insurance

The Company’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment or statutory limits, whichever is lower.

Customers are encouraged to purchase additional insurance for valuable shipments.

The Company is not liable for delays caused by customs, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control.

7. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to deliver shipments promptly.

Proof of delivery will be provided upon request.

8. Claims and Disputes

Claims for loss or damage must be reported in writing within [2-3] days of delivery or the scheduled delivery date.

The Company will investigate and respond to claims as promptly as possible.

Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Jamaican law and the jurisdiction of [Negril Westmoreland/Jamaica].

9. Privacy

Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Data will be used solely for shipment processing and service improvement.


10. Changes and Amendments

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or on the company website.

11. Shipping Weight and Pricing

Air Shipments:

Charges for air freight are calculated based on the actual weight in pounds (lbs).

Sea Shipments:

Charges for sea freight are based on dimensional weight or actual weight—whichever is greater—and only apply to shipments that are 60 lbs or more. Dimensional weight is calculated using the formula:

(Length × Width × Height) ÷ 139 (in inches), unless otherwise specified.

Sea Shipping Requirements:

If a package is labeled for sea freight but does not meet the 60 lbs minimum, it will be automatically shipped via air, and the customer will be billed at the air rate.

Consolidation Option:

If a customer contacts us in advance, we may consolidate multiple packages to help meet the sea freight requirement. Consolidation must be requested and confirmed before shipment processing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping method selected aligns with their intended cost and delivery expectations.

Tenneil Express Service reserves the right to reclassify or adjust charges based on discrepancies in weight, size, or declared shipping method.
